This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, dispatched, shipped, and delivered, and clarifies the respective responsibilities of BBM MILLS, customers, and third-party logistics partners.
This Policy is framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and is intended to set clear expectations regarding logistics timelines, delivery limitations, and liability once an order enters transit.
By placing an order on the BBM MILLS website or any authorized sales channel, the customer agrees to be bound by this Shipping Policy.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Processing includes payment verification, stock confirmation, quality checks, and dispatch preparation.
Processing does not include courier transit or delivery time.
Inventory & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. Processing delays may occur if a product is low in stock, temporarily unavailable, under quality review, or pending replenishment.
BBM MILLS reserves the right to extend processing timelines in such cases.
Order Confirmation
Once processed, customers receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status.
ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION
All orders placed are final, cancellation or modification is not permitted.
BBM MILLS reserves the right to cancel orders due to payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
BBM MILLS offers domestic shipping, subject to serviceability. Delivery availability depends on courier coverage.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines displayed at checkout are indicative only.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch, not after order placement.
Delays may occur due to courier constraints, weather, regional restrictions, or customs clearance for international shipments.
BBM MILLS does not guarantee delivery within a specific time or on a specific date.
Order Receipt & Tampered Packages
Please do not accept a parcel if it appears to be damaged, tampered, or opened.
In such cases, kindly refuse delivery and notify us immediately at bbmmillsonline@gmail.com
BBM Mills will not be responsible for any claims related to tampered or damaged parcels that were accepted by the customer.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and order value.
Shipping charges if applied are non-refundable.
THIRD-PARTY COURIER DISCLAIMER
BBM MILLS uses independent logistics partners for delivery.
Once an order is dispatched, all transit-related risks pass to the courier.
BBM MILLS is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, theft, or misdelivery occurring during transit.
Any courier updates marked as “Delivered” shall be treated as final unless conclusively proven otherwise.
FAILED DELIVERY, RTO & NON-DELIVERY
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, refusal, or non-response, the shipment may be returned to origin.
Original shipping charges remain non-refundable. Re-shipment will be initiated only after payment of additional shipping charges or the order is prepaid
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
BBM MILLS shall not be liable for loss or damage occurring after dispatch.
Customers must raise delivery issues directly with the courier using the tracking link.
BBM MILLS may assist on a best-effort basis but does not guarantee resolution or compensation.
FORCE MAJEURE
BBM MILLS shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure events. During such events, processing and delivery timelines may be extended without liability or compensation.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
